2o.5 Weeks

Besides this cold I've got going on, I'm feeling GREAT! Peanut has really kept me entertained with all of her kicks and rolls. It's such a great feeling to feel her on a regular basis. Here is the latest ultrasound photo and recent belly pic!

Happy Turkey Day!!

We had Thanksgiving festivities at the Phoenix home. Unfortunately, Lissa was very ill that day so we really missed having her around. Skye and I did pull of a wonderful meal. As you can see, the cousins had a great time getting together!!

It's a.......GIRL!!!

Brian and I are so excited to be expecting a little girl in the family. We had our BIG ultrasound this morning and she gave us quite the show. She was pretty calm and being very cooperative with the ultrasound tech. Everything looked really well. Just because my appt. was a little early, the tech decided to schedule me to come back in two weeks to get better photos of Peanuts heart and spine...though she said at this point, she looks "PERFECT"!! (Having trouble uploading pictures....will try another time)

Happy 40th Birthday, Ben!!

Went to SF this weekend to Martin and Mia's restaurant, Limon- Peruvian Rotisserie. We had the BEST rotisserie chicken EVER!! Then the group headed to Mejool and then to Beauty Bar for a little bit of music and more drinks....Sprite for me, of course!!

18 Weeks

Time is just flying by....Peanut will be 18 weeks on Monday. We have our BIG ultrasound scheduled for next Wednesday. Will Peanut be a little Girl or a little Boy??? We will soon find out! Stay tuned....

In the meantime, the belly has popped. Here is a little shot of the belly so far!

15 weeks!!

Seems as though time is jsut flying by so quickly! I have made it to the 2nd Trimester and I love that my energy level has returned (though I have to be careful not to over do it)! So I have made my way into maternity gear. Some things I like, some things I don't....but I will manage!

We saw OPRAH!!

This weekend we went to the O! You! Conference at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, CA. We went there knowing that at the past conferences, Oprah has not made an appearance, but we knew that there were other fabulous speakers and that it would be a great day anyway. To our surprise, they announced in the morning that Oprah would be there that afternoon!!

CA Gov. and 1st Ladies Conference for Women

What an AMAZING conference. So many wonderful speakers...definitely a great experience. The speakers ranged from Political figures to Actors/Actresses, Activist, Journalist, Community Organizers, etc... Just to name a few... Jennifer Lopez, Maria Shriver, Condelessa Rice, Warren Buffet, Chris Mathews, Jamie Lee Curtis, Bono and many many more!

The news came out- 10/14/08

Brian and I decided to come out of the pregnancy closet and let our family and friends know that we are expanding out the Smith Family!! We are expecting a new little addition to our family in April 2009. Our estimated due date is April 20, 2009. So far, our little "Peanut" has been doing very well, measuring appropriately with a wonderful sounding heartbeat! This has been an exciting time for us and we have been anxious to share our news with all of you!!

Santana Concert- 10/11/08

Brian, Cameron and I saw Carlos Santana in concert at Shoreline in Mountain View, CA. What an amazing musician Santana is. It was a great night and the music was unbelievable!!

Happy Birthday to ME!!!

I turned 32 yesterday!! Had a great day...lots of yummy treats at work and then a great dinner with my sister and the kiddos!! Pictures to come!!

Baby Zoe is already 3! She had her party at Pump It Up Jr. Everyone had a great time!!

January trip to Lake Tahoe

We went on a trip in January with my girlfriends from school and their families. We had a great time sleding, snowboarding and snow ball fights! Long ride home out of the snow....unfortunately!

They turned "6" on November 5, 2007

Time flies by sooooo fast. My favorite threesome (Mason, Bailey and Riley) are now 6 years old. We celebrated with a big birthday bash filled with pirates and princesses!!

Brian and I left for Aruba the day after our wedding. This was the BEST vacation! We had a BLAST!!

Officially A Family! 7/16/05

July 16, 2005.....The Smith Family was officially formed. We were married on a beautiful Saturday afternoon at St Charles Parish in San Carlos, CA. Our reception was at the Westin in Santa Clara, CA. It was the greatest day ever!
